About me
I am a PhD student, jointly supervised by Petra Schwer at OvGU Magdeburg and Linus Kramer at WWU Münster. My research interests lie at the intersection of algebra and geometry. I am currently doing research in the field of geometric group theory, in particular I am looking at Euclidean buildings and symmetric spaces of non-compact type.

Activities
Olga Varghese and I gave a talk on "Zahlenrätsel und Geometrie" during the Lange Nacht der Wissenschaft at OvGU Magdeburg.
In March 2022, I travelled to Bielefeld in order to attend the THGT conference.
As a member of the SPP2026 "Geometry at Infinity", I attended the Kick Off Meeting in Nürnberg in order to meet other members and learn of all the exciting projects happening as a part of this SPP.
This years 'Buildings' conference was held in Magdeburg and organised by Petra Schwer, Yuri Santos Rego, Anna Michael and myself.
During my time at MPI Leipzig, I joined the working group on linear spaces of symmetric matrices. A number of research papers inspired by a collection of questions were consequently published in a special issue of Le Matematiche in October 2021, including a paper written by Orlando Marigliano and myself.
